Oh by the way, I am currently half way through my first year of a teaching degree (DTLLS) I thought I would put a toe in the water before I let the cat out of the bag. I don't think the university were impressed with my CSE in woodwork.
Seriously now - this course is to upgrade my teaching qualifications from associate teacher (CTLLS) to DTLLS. I am learning loads of new edubabble which I absolutely promise not to use on the PTLLS/instructor course. If I do please feel free to hurl something at me.
My current qualifications allowed me to join the Institute for Learning (IFL) and here's the random bit, I can now use the letter AIFL (Associate) after my name. My old headmaster, who terminated my careers interview on the grounds that I would be in prison within 6 months would be shaking his head now, as am I.
I am looking forward to learning some ground breaking stuff that we can use in vocational training.
Take care
Mike
