As Marksman is growing fast the easy option would be to reduce quality to cater for quantity. We totally refuse to do this, it does not appear on our map.
We are searching for some curiously rare beasts to work with. We think that the background of the people who deliver our stuff defines why we are different. We would be interested to hear from anyone with a skills background with a teaching degree or equivalent.
We are not interested in what skills background you are from you just need a degree from the university of life, and the ability to engage with all sorts of people. We want to work with people who are just as comfortable engaging with guys off the tools and senior management teams.
The other curiously rare quality we are looking for is for people prepared to work with us in their own right. By that we mean confident enough in their own ability to work with us at Marksman, and also secure their own business.
We are happy to engage with the right training companies but here’s the deal. If this is you but you haven’t done it yet, get in touch and we can journey together for a while and help you in to this wonderful world of training.
