Those of you who have met me know that I have destroyed my knees through a combination of my old job and random adrenaline sports. I was half way through a PTLLS course at Rodbaston and I stood up. I had a catastrophic failure in my right knee which resulted in me having a total knee replacement mid May. So everyone relax I was back at work in three weeks running about with a stick, and it actually hurts less that before. I am having regular sessions with a physio-terrorist and it is nice to be back in a gym, I think.
My left knee needs replacing and I can’t wait to get it done. I will make sure it is at a time when it is convenient for you all.
