CUSTOMER CARE
I have recently had some GREAT news. We have been delivering Customer Care at Leicester Highways Training Centre (County Council) to over 250 highways staff so far. This, in conjuction with management initiatives, saw a significant rise in the customer satisfaction rating of the council in the recent ratings assessment. Clear evidence that the investment in training linked to management had had a clear and positive effect.
SHARPS AND NEEDLES
Having listened to our customers this package can now be delivered as a 6 hour assessed certificate of competence session, or a three hour interactive input and practical session (two in a day for cost effectiveness) - both Lantra Awards certified. I have several clients securing funding so if you want it grab it as soon as possible.
INSTRUCTORS COURSES
You may be reading this as a result of an email I sent to all Lantra Awards technical award training centres. I recently attanded a training providers meeting and was a bit disappointed to find that most people had not heard of the buzz this course has kicked off on the Lantra Awards sector scheme side, so I decided to let everyone know I am out here.(All 350ish of you). I had a call from someone asking to be removed from my mailing list, if I knew what one was I would. I put them all in with 2 fingers and I don't plan to do it again till my fingers grow back.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND PERSONAL SAFETY
Continuing to get rave reviews. An observation we keep getting is that apart from being a fantastic learning experience it is one of the best team building exercises managers have sent their staff on. There is a lasting buzz and discussion after the input which raises team morale significantly. I think everyone likes Bobs saying "Pain is just weakness leaving the body" so next time you hear it don't laugh - you heard it here first!!
In summary the beast has awoken from winter hibernation and I am really looking forward to meeting you or seeing you again soon. I can't wait to see what new stuff you ask me to do this year.
Big thanks
Mike
