ASSESSMENT SKILLS COURSE
Hi all
I had a bit of a light bulb moment - Instructors/trainers are very often making assessments and decisions and not many have had formal input on how to do it. Some trainers do an NVQ assessors unit to underpin this process, but generally have a tough time because it is all new. I have developed a 2 day Assessment Skills Course which has been recognised and certificated by Lantra Awards.
At present this award is being offered as an 'in house' option but I will keep you posted regarding open courses.
