Hi all
So much going on at the moment I dont know where to start. The customer care, conflict management and personal safety packages continue to get rave reviews.The customer care package has now improved significantly the rating of a county council on review, which is great news.
The last instructors course attracted fantastic feedback from all candidates, which I was very pleased about.
The interactive management package designed for people promoted off the ground without training is having a massive impact with first line supervisors. They are going away with a clear picture of how they will interact with and manage their staff
The next instructors course is the 4th December and I can't wait for it to start.
I am offering a Lantra Awards safe recovery of sharp sticks and needles one day course. When people find this one I will be very busy, so if it fits, you heard it here first.
I am getting some new qualifications following my assessments. I will let you know what they are when I get them.
I have been having contact with some of you old, new, friends which is great I like to hear from you all.
